Rules & Regulations
Check in time after 4pm CST and Check-out time 10am CST. Any exception must be
approved by owner.
There is a reserved parking space that is marked with the unit number on the 5th floor of
the structure.
There is absolutely no smoking in this unit or on the balcony.
Pets are not permitted in rental units or on the grounds under any conditions.
Proper conduct is expected at all times in the condo and on the resort. Renter(s) agree that
premises will not be used for any illegal or unlawful purpose. Any use of premises or
common areas in such a fashion that disturbs or offends other guests or residents shall be
deemed grounds for termination. If for any reason Security is called, or we are notified by
the Shores of Panama that you are in violation of any rules including a noise disturbance,
you will be evicted immediately, forfeit all monies paid including your security deposit.
Renters are to provide all consumable products (food, drink, soaps, detergents, paper
articles, trash bags, etc.)
There is no grilling allowed on the balcony. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the
resort.
Please do not remove any items from condo including kitchen items. A complete
inventory of all condo items is checked after each departure by our cleaners. You will be
charged for any items missing + a shopping fee for replacement against your security
deposit. There may be certain consumable items in the unit upon arrival such as dish
soap, laundry soap, etc. You can use what you need during your stay and leave unused
items for the next guest.
Sheets and bath towels are provided weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. Do
not use our bath towels as beach towels.
Before departing, please remove all trash and leave unit straight – this includes the
kitchen with dishes washed. There is a trash chute in a room near elevators, which is
available for plastic bagged trash. Put all used linen/towels in a pile near washer/dryer.
You have paid a damage insurance fee in which will cover any accidental damage up to
$1,300. If there are damages incurred that exceed your coverage, renter agrees to pay the
full amount of damages immediately upon receipt of damage documentation. Renter also
agrees to pay all collection charges, and/ or attorney fees incurred by owner of condo if
necessary to get reimbursement for damages incurred.
*If you see any damages upon arrival, you must report immediately or you will be
charged.
A Check-in/out Instructions Sheet will be emailed to you about 5 days before your stay.
Cancellation Policy
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more
than 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty and monies paid will be
refunded fully. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date forfeit all
monies paid. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies
paid and immediate eviction.
In the event Owner is unable to deliver this property to renter under this agreement for
any reason whatsoever, renter agrees that owner’s sole liability to renter is a full refund of
all monies paid.
All monies paid will be refunded if The National Weather Service orders a mandatory
evacuation order where the Shores of Panama is located for the rental period identified
above. Refunds will be pro rated if your stay has already begun. ‘
Any violation of any of the above rules and regulations, or posted rules at The Shores of
Panama Resort or The Boardwalk Beach Resort will result in immediate termination of this
agreement. You will be asked to leave the unit immediately and forfeit all monies paid.
